( through or away from loom shed on a stationary stand.
Typing From both Sheet to Sheet for sized warps, selections by Selector needles which are designed very finely for each count range and is provided with adjustable spring loaded firm adjustment so that no double ends are picked up while knotting.
In this Process, the Selector Brushes Separates the Threads according to the provided Lease, Securely by the movement of lease Pipes. For the warps, leased by machine after sizing with Double lease or warps wound on Sectional Warping.
Petter yarn Knotting Unit : For Leased warps, newly
designed unit which ensures perfect separation from
provided tease by way of pushlng method with the lease
pipes. Thus the particular thread meant to be knotted is
separated and picked up very gently by the selector brushes. New self adjustable thread dip ensures
appropriate tension to the thread of both the layers as per
the thickness and count of warps. Suitable for suiting, shirting and furnishing qualities where the threads are of
different counts and materials as it ensures same tension
to all different counts yarns and materials, throughoutthetying process.
Maintenance :
'L-TEX' Tying Machine is constructed in three main parts : Knotter Group, Selector Group & Driving unit,
which can be separated in minutes for necessary repairing, servicing and replacement of the parts, By its fully enclosed
housing it is protected from dust.
Modular change :
The L-TEX Machine incorporates easy
interchangeabilii of knotting methods by changing group
modules from ane to another. The change over from sheet to
sheet to lease to lease module takes just a few minutes. The
change over does not require any fitting or removal of any
individual parts or resetting is required, but only change of
module. This results in less wear of selection unit and hence
consumption of spare pads reduces.
Productivity :
Our machine L-TEX can complete knotting of one
beam, which includes dressing, knotting and drawing ends
through reed in approx. 20 to 45 minutes for normal width of
beam and numbers of ends to be knotted. The machine is
electronically controlled to run with indefinitely adjustable speed
for 60 to 600 knots per minutes, depending on count range,
material, warp condition and operator's skill.
Protection :
Our machine is fully protected from fluff and dust of
the weaving department by its fully enclosed housing. We assure
you that all the components of the machine are manufactured
from high quality raw materials and as per specific standards of
high precision for accurate finish and heat treatment to suit their
use. All the parts are oxidized and then assembled to avoid
formation of rust due to humidity in the weaving department for

There is a Stationary stand for knotting warps of the loom. It accommodates warp beam, drop wires, Healds & reed and is available in all common weaving widths.
Dressing stands :
Wide range of dressing stands are
manufactured by us and be supplied in various widths and height
to suit your requirement. Our range consists of looms widths from
48" to 95". While selecting width please keep extra margin of3" in
wldth than actual weavers beam width. Our Dressing Frame has
provision to adjust to the height to suit backrest height of your
loom. L-TEX Dressing Frame are manufactured from special
aluminum alloy, by extrusion of sections. This process gives high
level of dimensions, light weight as well as strength. Tensioning
and Clamping devices have been designed to give strength,
proper grip, long life and easy operation while dressing. The
height and width of frame is adjustable to suit various types of
looms. The design is so sturdy that there are no knotting faults.
